Alazani is a semi sweet red wine made with grapes Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grown in the Kakheti region of Georgia. The wine has light-straw color, pleasant, well-expressed bouquet and tones of wildflowers. Aromas include, apple, citrus, raw nuts and tropical fruits.Moderate acidity and pronounced varietal floral aroma give the wine a harmonious taste. The wine is recommended to pair with fish dishes, poultry, vegetable salads and cheese. Best served at between 8°C and 10°. The wine is recommended to pair with grilled pork, lamb and aged cheese platter..
